Forty-eight and Counting: Peach County Board of Education is CSI's newest Georgia Client

Easley, SC, May 17, 2006 — Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (CSWI.OB) recently announced that Peach County Board of Education, Georgia has selected CSI as their new financial management and human resources software provider.

When Peach County Board of Education (BOE) decided to search for a new software provider, they looked for a solution that would provide full integration between financial and human resource systems.  In addition to full integration, the district focused on several other areas where improved functionality was a must.  Among those was the need for advanced reporting capabilities.  Specifically, they wanted the ability to quickly and easily extract data from the system and produce customized reports for the Superintendent and Board. Another concern was that the new vendor would provide responsive, local support to assist in critical processes, day-to-day operations and state reporting requirements. Finally, they wanted to address the current inability to manage workflow and delivery of paper documents.

The district office staff at Peach BOE researched potential vendors and as a result of the selection process, the group chose CSI as the preferred vendor.  CSI’s knowledge of education in the state of Georgia and local presence was also a deciding factor.  CSI’s CEO, Nancy Hedrick commented that "We at CSI are very pleased to be selected for this project by Peach Board of Education.   We are looking forward to working with their staff as we bring them online with the CSI system."
