EASLEY, SC, February 15, 2005 - Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (CSI) of Easley, South Carolina has recently announced its move to become a public traded company. Below is a recent newsletter to the CSI Clients from President and CEO Nancy Hedrick:
"Let me start by thanking each of you for the business partnership that you share with CSI. These partnerships, whether as a software client, technology client, or both, are the sole reason for our existence as a company. CSI has been very fortunate and has seen tremendous growth and success because of your loyalty and support."
"Over the years, many of our loyal clients have asked when CSI was going to go public. To those individuals, I say, “That day has arrived.” With a focus on continued partnerships, ongoing growth, and future successes, CSI became a publicly traded company on February 11, 2005. You will find CSI traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol CSWI. Barron Partners LP, a New York-based private investment partnership that specializes in investing in micro-cap public companies, has become a majority investor in CSI."
"From a client standpoint, very few things will change. We will continue to be the same CSI that you have grown to trust, whether providing support on the Accounting+ software or providing hardware or engineering solutions to you and your agency. The corporate headquarters will remain in Easley, South Carolina and the existing management team will remain in place."
"The only staff change will be that of Joe Black, who wishes and deserves to retire. Joe will continue to serve as the CSI Interim CFO until a replacement is secured. Joe will then move into a consultative role and be utilized in that capacity. The other CSI partners will remain as shareholders and corporate officers, as follows:"
Nancy Hedrick – President/CEO
Tom Clinton – VP of Sales
Beverly Hawkins – VP of Support Services
Bill Buchanan – VP of Engineering
"At CSI, we are very excited as we look forward to the months and years ahead. We will continue our commitment to provide our clients with the highest level of service and products. Again, we thank you for allowing us to serve you and will never forget that our clients are the sole reason that we exist. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will gladly answer any questions that you may have."
